  • In support of the Amtrak Call Order under the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Monitoring and Technical Assistance Support (MTAS) contract, performed a comprehensive technical edit of a 16-page recompete proposal using Microsoft Word. Skills used included: formatting, editing inline graphics and captions, proofreading, grammar and spelling corrections, and close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders such as Principals and Officers in Charge (OICs), proposal and capture managers, and other editing and contract specialists.

Major Accomplishments: This resulted in the successful procurement of the $5.6M Call order which enabled Booz Allen teams to continue support for exciting new grant programs funded by BIL and work on many of the largest infrastructure projects to improve passenger rail service along the Northeast Corridor and across the country.

  • Provided analysis and language translation to support the counter-narcotics mission along the US Southwest border. Collaborated with DHS analysts, ICE agents, and military analysts on investigative cases yielding over 4000 products such as translations, threat analyses, threat assessments, criminal network charts, and data to federal records. This work resulted in investigative leads, large drug interdictions, international and federal indictments, Reports of Investigation, and Intelligence Notes.

Major Accomplishments: Earned a Navy Commendation medal for contributing expert level language and intelligence analysis and expert level all-source research in support of the dissolution of the Bustamante Colombian crime family which was an international narco-trafficking organization that was shipping five metric tons of cocaine per month from the Port of Buenaventura, Colombia.

  • Overhauled a position usually reserved for commissioned officers by building and maintaining a Microsoft Access database and associated Excel spreadsheets for tracking evaluations, education, and other advancement information for 150 sailors which increased efficiency by 80% and reduced the amount of time unit leadership time spent on semi-annual testing.
  • Helped to coordinate and schedule two 3-week Enlisted Information Dominance Warfare training camps resulting in the successful job qualification of over 75 sailors across regional cyber commands.

Major Accomplishments: Awarded a Navy Achievement medal for outstanding project and knowledge management, and scheduling of advancement exams for 150 sailors in accordance with Navy regulations, and the coordination of training modules and exams across the Southeast region of the Reserve Cyber Command. Nominated for and meritoriously promoted from among a command of 500+ sailors and received a Navy Achievement Medal for work at CSG which resulted in the interdiction of two tons of cocaine and the confiscation of an antenna device used in drug trafficking transactions at sea, effectively preventing its future use.
